Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited has a Project Manager (Installation / Manufacturing) role based in Leeds with hybrid working. You will lead installation projects, coordinate site teams and ensure safe, on-time delivery while collaborating with Sales and Engineering.

The role suits someone with installation/construction/manufacturing project experience, capable of interpreting technical drawings, and who holds CSCS, SMSTS and a UK driving licence. A company bonus is available.

Qualifications

Experience managing installation, construction, manufacturing or similar.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate installation projects from planning through to completion.
Work with Sales, Engineering and Project Managers to ensure deliverable plans.
Create installation schedules, resource plans, RAMS and project documents.
Mentor installation teams, resolve issues affecting delivery.
Coordinate site logistics, equipment, subcontractors and deliveries.
Develop SOPs, installation processes and quality control docs.
Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor budgets, identify cost risks and support commercial control.
