Job summary

InclusionIQ in Newry is seeking a Management Accountant to partner with Sales and Production and oversee the financial health of a busy production division. The role requires a fully qualified accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bridge commercial demand with operational capacity to optimise margins.

You will lead cost accounting, manage month-end stock valuations, prepare management accounts, and support budgeting and forecasting across sites, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing/production/engineering environment.
• Proven ability with standard costing, margin analysis and variance tracking.
• Full driving licence with access to vehicle to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting (raw materials, labour, overheads).
• Lead month-end stocktakes and valuations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform cash flow analysis and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production to optimise pricing, capacity and margins.
