Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, forecasting, project costing, and financial analysis processes.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, motorsport, or high‑performance technical environments.
• Proven ERP experience (IFS, Epicor) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyse actuals vs budget/forecast; identify variances, risks, opportunities.
• Deliver transparent reporting across manufacturing and operations.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through robust financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities with detailed analysis and reporting.
• Monitor inventory, BoM, obsolescence; highlight cost risks and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Cost Engineering to improve data quality and reporting.
• Assist ERP optimisation and integration; structure data for analysis.
• Promote data governance and best-practice data management.
• Review transactions to maximise efficiency and strengthen financial control.
