Job summary

Ferrero is seeking an analytical Industrial Controller to join the manufacturing finance team in the UK. You will own month‑end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and improve cost visibility across the site.

You’ll work with Plant Controller and Operations to build accurate forecasts and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining data integrity across cost centres and materials. You will be a business partner to Finance and Operations, providing clear analysis and practical

Qualifications

Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
Confidence with the Microsoft Office Suite and large data sets.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end reporting, ensuring timely, accurate results.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost visibility initiatives.
Maintain data integrity and allocate costs across cost centres and materials.
Collaborate with Plant Controller and Operations to build forecasts and identify risks and savings.
Analyze manufacturing and overhead costs to assess profitability and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted partner to Finance and Operations, translating data into insights.
