You will support operations across Europe and the US, contribute to variance analysis, and prepare management reports to enable strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting background required or preferred.
• Exposure to month end processes, management accounting or manufacturing finance is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support operations across Europe and the US through detailed analysis and data interpretation.
• Contribute to variance analysis to ensure accurate financial performance reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies and process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to enable strategic decisions.
• Assist with continuous improvement within the finance team.
