Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Qualification or working towards ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Able to commute to Burton-on-Trent offices.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost control principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure financial data is accurate and well-documented.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.
