Job Description

Our OEM Client based in Coventry is searching for a Manufacturing Facilities Engineer to join their team, inside IR35. This is a contract position until 31st March 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £32.48 per hour.

Duties:

1. Plans, organizes, and schedules the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
2. Develops plans and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements.
3. Monitors and inspects all buildings and equipment to ensure utility systems are operational and preventive maintenance is followed.
4. Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations.
5. Evaluates completed work for conformance to specifications.
6. May direct safety and security functions of the facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Works independently with general supervision.
• Handles problems that are difficult but typically not complex.
• Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.

Skills & Education:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Automotive Paint Repair.
