• Manage & lead the Assembly Manufacturing Engineers for various programs.
• Deploy HR policies and manage time and attendance.
• Manage skills deployment and development.
• Identify and mitigate HSE risks.
• Define and implement resource budgets.
• Utilize team members to deliver engineering initiatives.
• Promote a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Leadership qualification (desirable).
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of core Safran processes (highly desirable).
• Understanding of business economics related to engineering.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
