The Manufacturing Engineering Manager role will be based at HydraForce Hydraulics in Birmingham, England.

Job Description

• Lead the engineering team to achieve high engagement, promote resilience, diversity, and high performance.
• Identify resources needed for projects, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Act as an internal liaison across departments to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide technical leadership and make robust decisions on complex engineering issues.
• Manage the daily operations of all projects.
• Implement lean processes to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Develop project plans and track deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing.
• Report on project progress to stakeholders, including issues and solutions.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained as a gatekeeper.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and coach others in ongoing improvements.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to introduce new products using the company's Advanced Product Quality Planning process.
