Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years in manufacturing focused on improvements.
• Experience with PFMEA and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews to ensure producibility.
• Lead PFMEA activity to mitigate risks.
• Maintain robust current manufacturing processes.
• Create build SOPs and process flow charts.
• Identify cost reduction by eliminating waste.
