Qualifications

Qualified in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing or Production Engineering at HNC/HND level or equivalent.
Experience in technical manufacturing environments and applying lean principles.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve manufacturing and test processes to increase quality, productivity, and operational performance.
Support new product introduction projects by ensuring production and testing requirements are built in from the start.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and problem-solving methods to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase efficiency.
Manage capital investment projects from business case through implementation to deliver measurable manufacturing benefits.
Maintain accurate production standards, process documentation, and manufacturing data to support reliable operations.
