As Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include:

Supporting production through process design , tooling, and equipment improvements

Investigating and resolving engineering issues on the shop floor

Creating and updating work instructions for new and existing designs

Participating in meetings to review and implement engineering changes

Leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions

Identifying capital investment opportunities and supporting justification

As Manufacturing Engineer your experience will include:

Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering - desirable

Understanding of composite materials or manufacturing processes

Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and exposure to FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean tools

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
