Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer - Configuration, you will support change management activities, interact with customers and suppliers, and manage engineering change processes within a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage change requests, resolve system errors, and provide technical feedback.
  • Manage complex projects from approval through to production and delivery.
  • Identify process improvements to foster continuous improvement and lean practices.
  • Analyze customer design proposals and assess the feasibility, cost, and lead time.
  • Create and track change implementation plans.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and report setbacks.
  • Develop and maintain engineering procedures and processes.
  • Lead change review boards to introduce new processes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working under strict deadlines.
  • HNC/HND or BSc in Engineering; CMII qualification preferred.
