A global access solutions leader in Willenhall is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. This role focuses on improving assembly processes, implementing automation, and applying Lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD experience, and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing. A commitment to diversity and inclusion is valued.
An opportunity exists for a Manufacturing Engineer within the Operations Segment, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
The primary objective of this position is to:
Improve assembly and primary processes, drive automation implementation, and use Lean principles of Flow, TAKT, and Value Analysis to reduce costs. Support new product introductions and factory layouts. Drive safety and sustainability improvements.
