A leading defense organization is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to manage technical aspects of PCBA. This role involves supporting Continuous Improvement activities, developing manufacturing processes, and ensuring optimized design for manufacture. Suitable candidates will have relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Circuit Card Manufacturing. This position offers competitive compensation and flexible working arrangements.
An exciting new opportunity has become available within the Engineering function at the Manufacturing, Prototype, and Development facility.
Salary: Circa £43,500 depending on experience
Hybrid working: 4/5 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team, after the offer stage.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will handle technical aspects of PCBA, working on low volume high mix early development PCBA, maturing designs for transition to serial production, and medium volume low mix production PCBA.
