A precision engineering company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team at their Worcester based manufacturing site. Ideally, you have experience of working within a CNC machining environment with knowledge of a variety of processes and techniques as well as some CNC programming skills.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work alongside the Engineering team to develop and improve the processes, documentation, and systems to improve quality and costs.
Using your technical manufacturing knowledge, you will analyse and advise the teams on manufacturing effectiveness to identify and recommend improvements to machinery operations, processes, and production methods to improve process and product capability.
