Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver manufacturing improvement projects from concept to completion
  • Analyse and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Apply APQP, PPAP, and FMEA methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Use CAD software to design and refine production layouts and tooling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
