Job description

Join our team at Terex as a Manufacturing Engineer and contribute to our Operations Team. We foster a vibrant, inclusive work culture dedicated to quality, innovation, diversity, and respect. We seek talented individuals who share our values.

Working with the Manufacturing Lead, the successful candidate will develop and improve manufacturing systems, processes, procedures, and equipment to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and reduce costs.

What you’ll do
  • Plan and implement efficient, cost-effective production methods for major sub-components and final assembly.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality assurance to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Implement best practice standard work on the shop floor to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Manage Bill of Materials (BOMs) and material flow through Plan For Every Part (PFEP).
  • Develop ergonomic processes based on Lean Manufacturing principles, including Yamazumi and 5S.
  • Assist production through cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in new product introduction, design reviews for manufacturing, and production launches.
What you’ll bring
  • BEng in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, material management, and industrial engineering.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Values of transparency, integrity, and trust.
  • Commercial acumen, results-driven mindset, good planning and organizational skills, and process management abilities.
