As
Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting production through process design, tooling, and equipment improvements
- Investigating and resolving engineering issues on the shop floor
- Creating and updating work instructions for new and existing designs
- Participating in meetings to review and implement engineering changes
- Leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
- Identifying capital investment opportunities and supporting justification
As
Manufacturing Engineer your experience will include:
- Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering - desirable
- Understanding of composite materials or manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and exposure to FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
