Qualifications

  • Experience in working with composite materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Support production through process design, tooling, and equipment improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve engineering issues on the shop floor.
  • Create and update work instructions for new and existing designs.
  • Participate in meetings to review and implement engineering changes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify capital investment opportunities and support justification.

As Manufacturing Engineer your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting production through process design, tooling, and equipment improvements
  • Investigating and resolving engineering issues on the shop floor
  • Creating and updating work instructions for new and existing designs
  • Participating in meetings to review and implement engineering changes
  • Leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
  • Identifying capital investment opportunities and supporting justification
As Manufacturing Engineer your experience will include:
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering - desirable
  • Understanding of composite materials or manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and exposure to FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and Lean tools
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
