Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Standard hours (Early finish on a Friday)

Our team is working with an industry-leading industrial manufacturer in the Northampton area who is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team due to company investments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Introduce new processes and standard practices
  • Control process documentation - PFMEAs
  • Introduce machinery and train staff on the machines
  • Ensure PPMs are completed and minimize downtime
  • Manage process, waste, costs, speed, safety, and quality of the end product
  • Liaise with the production, maintenance, and projects teams

To be considered for this role, you will be a Manufacturing/Production/Process Engineer within an Engineering or Manufacturing industry. Our client is looking to speak with candidates who have a qualification in Engineering.
