Our client is seeking a sharp Manufacturing Engineer ready to make an immediate impact on how things get built. Compensation

Depending on experience, $75,000 – $90,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Analyze, streamline, and document shop floor workflows and SOPs.

Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Collaborate across departments to implement new processes and quality standards.

Develop QC systems and OSHA-compliant safety protocols.

Train shop personnel on new procedures and safety expectations.

Design or revise production layouts using CAD software.

Identify and lead continuous improvement projects.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience.

Hands-on experience with welding, machining, and forming.

Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing software systems.

Experience in metal fabrication environments.

Ability to document and implement safety and quality systems.
