Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: £40k-£50k
Location: Andover
Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent

Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate and carry out engineering activities and to ensure the requirements for the product group are met and complied with. This
is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop and join a market leader in Electronic Engineering.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

  • To assist the senior engineers and management in the execution of tasks for the projects
  • Develop processes and ensure the best possible quality by analysing and planning work flow
  • Process and validation- continuously verify and validate the manufacturing process
  • Ensure equipment and process standard operating procedures are documented and reviewed
  • Assist production teams in identifying training needs for new and current operators
  • Support production teams in all matters technical and address any issues
  • Customer support, including documentation and complaints
  • Support scienceengineers and managers with the introduction of new products
  • Compileevidence and datafor 8D reports and review and evaluate
Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HNC or HND in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
  • 2 years plus of working in a relevant manufacturing environment
  • Preferable- a degree qualification in engineering or electronics or mechanical engineering

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment including Automotive, Aerospace or Medical
