If you're someone who gets excited by new ideas, challenges the norm, and sees innovation as a daily opportunity—not a rare event—you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do
  • Translate orders and quotations into accurate, high-quality technical drawings and specifications
  • Rapidly schedule and when needed, re-schedule design work to meet tight production deadlines
  • Collaborate daily with your fellow design team members to prioritise tasks and solve challenges
  • Carry out internal QA reviews to ensure designs meet our technical and business expectations
  • Organise and maintain clean, clear design records and documentation
  • Minimise rework and waste, while actively learning from outcomes and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Keep leadership informed of any issues or delays before they become problems
What You'll Bring
  • Ability to work swiftly and decisively when fast-turnaround design work is needed
  • Comfort juggling a few projects at once and contributing ideas to keep evolving our product range
  • Anticipate and identify design issues before they affect production
  • Strong, respectful communicator who believes in building one team across departments
  • Confidence to speak up, share ideas, and challenge constructively
  • Drive to deliver results and improve systems along the way
  • A passion for learning and innovation in a fast-moving, successful business
Experience and Qualifications required
  • Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar qualification
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor or Catia
  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems and CNC integration
  • Experience with fabrication, moulding, casting, surface treatment or finishing
  • Marine industry background (a plus, but not essential)

Not your average manufacturer. Our client values initiative, collaboration, curiosity, and people who aren't afraid to push boundaries.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a graduate with the right mindset, we want to hear from you.
