Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to lead and develop a team of Production Operatives on-site in Bar Hill, UK. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a high-performing culture.

You will coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Warehouse to meet targets, improve KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes while upholding safety and compliance standards.

About The Role

As Manufacturing Coordinator, you will lead and develop a team of Production Operatives to ensure the safe, efficient, and consistent achievement of manufacturing objectives. Based on-site in Bar Hill, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and creating a positive, high-performing team culture.

Key Deliverables

• Ensure production targets are met across quality, cost, delivery, safety, and people measures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence within the manufacturing team.
• Drive adherence to health, safety, quality, and compliance standards, creating a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to deliver business priorities.
• Support the development of team capability through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy motivating teams, improving processes, and delivering results in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will bring:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• The ability to influence, engage, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing and improving operational KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.
• Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

It Would Be Advantageous If You Also Have

• An HNC/HND, Degree, Apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
• A Continuous Improvement qualification, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
• Experience working within a high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Project management experience.
