Job summary

Virtuoso Recruitment is assisting a leading electrical engineering manufacturer of power supplies with a Compliance Coordinator role based at their Letchworth Garden City offices. The role involves proactive support, administration and coordination of compliance activities across the business, with a hybrid and flexible working arrangement after training.

• Accurate processing of large amounts of data.
• Proficient IT skills; Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-department work.
• Experience of working with systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Compliance platform and act as primary contact during NCR investigations.
• Coordinate OFI/NCR monthly meeting agendas.
• Data entry and maintenance for OFIs, NCRs, audits and risk assessments.
• Provide user support and training on platform usage.
• Generate reports on OFIs, NCRs and audit completion.
• Support ISO standards achievement and other compliance tasks.
