Job summary

Extension Recruitment seeks a Technical Projects Lead in Ashington, Northumberland to drive process improvement and automation within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will lead technical initiatives, work with production and quality teams, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires a strong engineering background, experience in high-end manufacturing such as pharma/electronics/cleanroom, and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in Lead Process Engineering and automation projects is essential.
• ERP system knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities
