Employer Description

Amarinth is a world-leading, net-zero designer and manufacturer of low lifecycle cost centrifugal pumps and associated equipment, mainly serving offshore and onshore oil & gas industries, nuclear and renewable energy sectors, defence, desalination, and industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Build various pump assemblies according to different specifications.
• Become proficient with all operational machinery to produce high-quality products.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document testing processes using the Testbay database promptly.
• Assist hydraulic design team in analyzing test data for potential improvements.
• Adjust and tune pumps to meet testing criteria.
• Stay updated with testing standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade 5 or above (Essential).

Skills Required

• Practical hands-on skills
• Analytical thinking

Training Provided

Engineering Fitter Level 3 apprenticeship

Additional Considerations

Demonstrate practical skills and proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office.

Future Prospects

Potential for a full-time, permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance and business needs.
