Job Description:
Senior Manual Tester with good knowledge of testing CRM platforms (MS dynamics preferably). If they have automation testing skills that is great but not mandatory for this role. They need to have good domain knowledge. Experienced Manual Tester with expertise in testing CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual testing of CRM platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Execute test cases and document test results, ensuring all functionalities meet specified requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct functional, regression, and system testing for CRM applications.
• Validate data integrity and workflows within the CRM system.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work closely with end-users to support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide regular testing updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay informed about CRM platform updates and enhancements to adapt testing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in manual testing, particularly with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Insurance domain knowledge will definitely help
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Ability to create detailed and comprehensive test documentation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Solid understanding of CRM workflows, data structures, and integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
