Job summary

A leading digital agency is seeking a Manual Tester for a 3-month remote contract. You will be responsible for test planning and execution while collaborating with the QA team on a project supporting a government department. Applicants must possess valid SC Clearance and relevant testing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Pages, Power Apps solutions.
• Experience in Scrum methodology testing.
• Valid SC Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Test planning, interpretation of user stories, preparation of test plans.
• Collaboration with QA team and stakeholders, managing workload, raising issues.
• Writing and executing clear manual test cases.

Education

IO are working with an established and rapidly growing Digital agency in their search for a Manual Tester.

They work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to clients in industries including not-for-profit, financial services, and the public sector.

This project supports a GOV department building portals to enhance customer experience.

Your responsibilities include test planning, interpreting user stories, preparing test plans and scripts, collaborating with the QA team and stakeholders, managing workload, and raising issues or defects.

Candidates should have experience in testing one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Dynamics, Power Pages, Power Apps solutions
• ISTQB Testing Certifications or equivalent
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies & techniques
• Experience with testing activities in Scrum methodology, contributing to ceremonies (Planning, Stand Ups, Demos, Retrospectives)
• Proficiency in writing and executing clear manual test cases and scripts professionally
