As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be involved in testing web-based communication features such as video calls, conferencing, and messaging. You'll collaborate closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure product quality through manual testing and robust documentation. Accountabilities:

• Plan, document, and execute thorough manual test cases for a variety of communication features
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and escalate issues
• Design and maintain test documentation including checklists, test runs, and bug reports
• Participate in Kanban meetings and apply Agile/DevOps practices
• Set up and manage test environments and tools
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and strategies
• Provide feedback on usability and potential improvements from a QA perspective
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software QA with a strong understanding of manual testing methods
• Solid knowledge of test design techniques and QA best practices
• Experience testing APIs and working with HTTP and web-based architecture
• Familiarity with Linux at a confident user level
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (intermediate or higher)
• Experience using tools like TestRail and JIRA is preferred
