Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Manual Machinist for a permanent, days-based role in Coleford, Gloucestershire. You will machine parts from drawings, primarily turning with some milling, using Colchester lathes and vertical boring machines in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual turning and milling from engineering drawings.
• Proficient in operating Colchester lathes and vertical boring machines.

Responsibilities

• Manually machine parts and components from drawings.
• Use Colchester lathes, vertical borers, lapping machines and drills.
• Work in a clean, modern workshop within a small team.
• 37.5 hours per week; Mon 7:30–Thu 16:00, Fri 7:30–13:00.
