Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are recruiting a Manual Machinist for a permanent, days-based role in Coleford, Gloucestershire. You will machine parts from drawings, mainly turning on Colchester lathes with some milling, in a clean workshop. Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–4pm, finish at 1pm on Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Are you a Manual Machinist looking for a permanent and secure role working Monday to Friday for a long-standing and market leading manufacturer?

In this workshop-based role you will be machining parts from drawings, mostly turning on lathes but with some milling too. You will use Colchester lathes and vertical boring machines to create specialist components for industrial use. There will be machine specific training given if needed, and limited overtime available.
