Responsibilities:

As a Manual Machinist CNC Lathe, you will:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain manual lathe machines
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Conduct cycle inspections and ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Manual Machinist with CNC Lathe expertise
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, callipers)
  • Good numerical and literacy skills for metric conversions
  • Experience with Duplex and Nickel Alloy Materials
  • Background in EDM/Wire settings
  • Knowledge of process improvement initiatives
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
