Location: Havant

Salary: £33,000 - £38,500 + Full training, Great pension scheme, Free onsite parking, Progression, 34 days holiday

About the Role
  1. Full training provided to transition into a training role.
  2. Working with a small group of learners, teaching CNC machining with a focus on manual techniques.
  3. Developing schemes of work and lesson plans.
  4. Assessing learners' competence against standards.
  5. Completing training and assessment paperwork accurately and on time.
  6. Providing advice and support to corporate clients.
Candidate Profile
  1. Come from a CNC machining background.
  2. Ideally have manual machining experience.
  3. Interested in moving into a trainer role.
