Job summary

International Property Media is expanding its sales team and is seeking driven individuals to join a high-performance, international sales environment based in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will sell a portfolio including awards entries and print/digital media advertising, engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients across global markets, and building a strong pipeline with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking ability is essential.
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• You should be target-driven with a commercial mindset.
• Self-motivated and resilient with a professional telephone manner.
• Good written English and willingness to work across international time zones.
• Hospitality or property industry knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with international prospects, presenting the International Property Awards, International Hotel Awards, and related products.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects, building strong commercial relationships.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline of global clients across multiple sectors.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business year-on-year.
• Represent the company’s brand and maintain high standards of client communication.
