We are seeking an experienced Network and Information Security Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and configuring network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and ensuring the smooth operation of ZSTACK cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strictly abide by the local laws, regulations, and company rules to perform network maintenance or information security tasks; 1-3 years of experience in network maintenance, configuration, cyber security, and information; hard-working and quick learning.
2. Experience with the details and practical application of current data protection legislation, with an in-depth understanding of GDPR.
3. Follow the guidance of HQ network and information security department to perform related tasks, including reports, support for internal and external networks, VPN setup, DNS management, AP management, firewall configuration, WAF (e.g., Akamai), SIEM (e.g., IBM QRadar), etc.
4. Familiarity with IP networks and maintenance and configuration of Cisco and Juniper equipment.
5. Experience with Linux system administration, preferably having ZSTACK or VMware maintenance or configuration experience.
6. Provide IT support and Endpoint Security for office hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, and other devices. Support IT-related aspects of ISO 27001 audits and other regulatory requirements.
7. Configure and maintain office VOIP telephony systems.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Security Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in network maintenance or information security management roles.
3. Strong knowledge of IP network protocols, maintenance and configuration, firewall management, and data security practices.
4. Experience with VOIP telephony systems, VPN technologies, DNS management, WAF administration, and SIEM management.
5. Familiarity with automated deployment tools, disaster recovery practices, and endpoint protection solutions.
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Good experience in managing Information Security compliance and ISO27001 certification.
9. Hands-on experience in maintenance and configuration of firewalls and switches.
10. CISSP, CCNP/HCIP for security or higher certification will be preferred.
11. Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure (e.g., ZSTACK, VMware, etc.).
