Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage external audit engagements from start to finish
• Lead and supervise audit teams; assign tasks and review performance
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Ensure audits comply with auditing standards, IFRS/ISA and regulatory requirements
• Identify risks and recommend improvements
• Evaluate internal controls and accounting systems
• Prepare audit reports, management letters, and client presentations
• Communicate findings to clients and senior leadership
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide advisory support
• Monitor engagement budgets, timelines and resources
• Support business development and client onboarding
• Mentor and train junior staff
