Job summary

Insite Group in London is seeking an Audit Manager fluent in Mandarin to lead audits from planning to partner review and to manage a diverse international portfolio. You will act as the main contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and overseas finance teams, coordinating global audits and overseas component auditors.

You will mentor junior staff, drive high technical standards, and support Partners with business development, client relationships, and long-term growth in the Far East market.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS or ICAI.
• Solid practice-based audit and management experience.
• Fluent Mandarin, spoken and written.
• Experience with international or Chinese-owned businesses.

The Role

Are you a qualified audit professional with strong technical knowledge, Mandarin language skills and excellent client management experience? This is an opportunity to join an established accountancy practice and take ownership of a varied international portfolio. The Audit Manager - Mandarin Speaking role will suit someone confident managing complex audits, building senior client relationships and working with international businesses, particularly those connected to the Far East.

You will:

• Manage audits from planning through to completion and partner review.
• Act as a key contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and overseas finance teams.
• Coordinate international group audits and overseas component auditors.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage deadlines, resources, WIP and recoverability across your portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for additional audit, tax and advisory services.
• Support Partners with client development and business growth.
• Review files and ensure high technical and professional standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

What We're Looking For

• ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS or ICAI qualified.
• Solid practice-based audit and management experience.
• Fluent Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with international or Chinese-owned businesses.
• Strong technical audit and accounting knowledge.
