Job summary

InPost UK is seeking an Account Director to own and grow relationships with its most strategically significant enterprise clients, marketplaces, and partners. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to build trust with Chinese-origin ecommerce teams and to lead negotiations across geographies.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin required for partner relationships in China-origin ecommerce.
• Experience in logistics, ecommerce, or retail; international/group business structures.
• Senior commercial account management or customer success for enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations including renewals and bespoke terms.
• Director-level client engagement with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in enterprise account management and strategic client development.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention, renewal and growth for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Lead multi-year strategic account plans reviewed through executive-level reviews.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations with Legal and Finance across terms and pricing.
• Identify major upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the full product portfolio.
• Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage relationships with Chinese-origin ecommerce and marketplace partners using Mandarin.
