Working Hours:

9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Overall Purpose of the Job:

UKEC is seeking dynamic and highly driven individuals who aspire to build a rewarding career in the education consultancy industry. The role involves promoting international education and achieving sales targets.

The Key Tasks Include but are not limited to:
  • Share responsibility for recruiting international students and assist the team in achieving recruitment targets.
  • Plan and execute online and offline recruitment and marketing activities to promote services and meet targets.
  • Handle student inquiries and provide professional consultation services.
  • Liaise with universities and students to track applications, arrange interviews, and address inquiries, advocating on behalf of students.
  • Visit students for counselling and information sessions, distribute leaflets, and participate in recruitment events such as education fairs and open days.
  • Participate in company training sessions and deliver information sessions at meetings and university events.
  • Maintain communication with colleagues and keep the centre manager informed of application statuses or issues.
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as assigned by the centre manager or company.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong sales skills and market knowledge.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Responsible, mature, reliable, and honest.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Existing network or customer base within the local international student community is advantageous.
  • Must have permission to work in the UK at the start of employment.
