Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Chartered Architectural Technologist or Qualified Architect.
• Competent in producing RIBA stage 3 and 4 packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the technical design elements of projects.
• Produce effective designs with competent technical solutions.
• Coordinate and maintain project-specific information integrity.
• Manage project-specific quality management tasks.
• Ensure work aligns with BIM standards and protocols.
• Review design against the project brief.
• Maintain knowledge of current legislation and regulations.
