Qualifications

• Holds QTS or has an appropriate qualification/status for the teaching role.
• Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Can plan and deliver engaging lessons where required.
• Has a positive approach to classroom management and pupil development.
• Is passionate about supporting pupils' learning and progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily supply across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as needed.
• Support long-term teaching positions across primary year groups.
• Adapt lessons to different school environments.
• Maintain a positive approach to pupil development and behaviour.
• Collaborate with Aspire People to secure suitable opportunities.
