Think Legal Recruitment is assisting a client based just outside Manchester to recruit a junior legal counsel. You will handle commercial contracts work and support a head of legal on IP, DP, and licensing matters.

They welcome Solicitors at the junior end, with up to 3 years' PQE, including NQs who have had multiple commercial seats, secondments, or prior paralegal exposure. This is a growing business with a strong reputation and exciting plans ahead.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years' PQE; NQs considered with commercial seats or paralegal exposure.
• Experience handling commercial contracts of varying scopes.
• Familiarity with IP, data protection and licensing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
• Support the head of legal on strategic and day-to-day matters.
