Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Project Management Director to lead a Manchester and North West expansion for a commercial consultancy. The role focuses on winning work, forming a regional team and establishing a long-term presence in Manchester.

The successful candidate will leverage a strong North West network with developers, investors and built-environment clients to secure instructions across residential, commercial, hotels and mixed-use sectors, while building and mentoring a high-performing

Qualifications

• Strong network across Manchester and the North West property market.
• Proven experience winning project management consultancy instructions.
• Director or senior-level consultancy project management experience.
• Excellent business development and leadership skills.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or another recognised industry qualification.
• Relevant construction, project management or property degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and convert relationships into project management instructions across Manchester and the North West.
• Recruit and lead a local project management team as the pipeline grows.
• Shape Manchester strategy: target clients, sectors, recruitment and growth plans.
• Provide senior leadership and drive client development across the region.
