Qualifications

• Must have a strong network across Bristol and the Midlands.
• Demonstrable ability to win project management consultancy work.
• Significant consultancy-side project management experience.
• Director or senior leadership experience.
• Experience across residential, commercial, hotels, mixed-use sectors.
• Strong developer, investor and built environment relationships.
• Experience recruiting, managing and developing professional teams.
• A relevant construction, property or project management degree.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on business development and converting new opportunities.
• Shape Birmingham operation and recruit key hires.
• Develop local team and regional growth strategy.
• Influence target sectors, clients, and pipeline.

Education

Construction/Property/Project Management degree

MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB or equivalent
