Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment represents a Top 30 international firm in Manchester seeking a senior Corporate partner to lead and grow their existing high-value practice. You’ll drive cross-border mandates and deepen relationships with a strong client base across corporate, private equity, and capital markets.

The role offers a platform for ambitious leadership within an established North West hub, with Europe-wide referrals and meaningful upside as the practice scales.

Qualifications

• Corporate Partner with strong technical experience across high-value M&A, capital markets, private equity or a broader mix of all three.
• Well-networked across the corporate and transactional market in the North West and beyond.
• Commercially minded with existing client relationships and a genuine appetite to grow.
• Ambitious and motivated to make a senior impact within an already established and growing practice.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy whilst working alongside an existing and supportive corporate team.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-value, cross-border corporate transactions across M&A, capital markets, and private equity.
• Develop cross-border mandates via the firm's European network.
• Grow the partner base and senior leadership in the Manchester office.
• Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnership.
