Job summary

FRP Advisory in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director to drive deal execution from start to finish. You will work closely with Partners and Directors, leading key workstreams, and directly engage with clients on live transactions.

The role involves business development, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables in a fast-paced environment. ACA/ACCA is required.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• Experience leading parts of transactions from lead advisory or transaction services perspective.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of deals, PE structuring and investor motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of transactions with ownership of specific deal areas.
• Manage day-to-day transaction activities and supervise junior team members.
• Prepare and review business plans, information memoranda and financial forecasts.
• Support business development and origination, including client targeting and pitch delivery.
• Coordinate with partners/directors and contribute to meetings with clients and live deals.
