Managing Quantity Surveyor - Permanent Opportunity

DIVISION: Build

LOCATION: Northern Ireland

Are you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor ready to lead projects in Northern Ireland? GRAHAM seeks a talented professional to oversee the financial aspects of our schemes.

You will lead the QS team, liaise between the Commercial Manager and project QS team, oversee procurement, perform financial due diligence, manage sub-contractor accounts, develop commercial strategies, review CVR information, and manage recovery routes.

Your responsibilities include drafting and responding to project notices, reviewing subcontract amendments, conducting delay analysis, ensuring compliance with variation/compensation mechanisms, managing cash flow forecasting, and representing GRAHAM in meetings.

Requirements include extensive experience with NEC contracts, strong technical knowledge, cost control, negotiation skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and people management. A professional qualification (e.g., MRICS/MCICES) is desirable, with extensive experience in similar roles with contractors.
