Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is recruiting a Managing Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position in Thame, UK. The role requires managing valuations, cost reporting and subcontract administration within NEC framework projects.

You should hold an HND or degree and be RICS/ICES registered or working towards chartership, with strong commercial acumen and measurement knowledge. UK work rights and a basic DBS check apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial role such as Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or similar.
• Strong commercial awareness across cost, risk and change.
• Familiarity with standard methods of measurement.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts or forms is preferred.

Requirements
